WikiAnswers for Entrepreneurs

It has been awhile since I babbled on about one of my all-time favorite sites, WikiAnswers. If you’ve never heard of this ingenious Web site it’s a place where knowledge is shared freely in the form of questions and answers. Anyone can ask a question and anyone from anywhere in the world can answer it. And answers can be added to and edited by the community at-large – dubbing it the “Q&A Community.” Now don’t make the mistake others have made and simply think this is another Yahoo! Answers. It’s not. Far from it. What sets WikiAnswers apart from other social knowledge Web sites is its hands-on team of dedicated and brilliant volunteer Supervisors and a very hands-on (and equally brilliant) team behind the scenes who make sure the community has what it needs and wants. There’s also the simple fact that WikiAnswers strives for quality – not quantity. So answers are in wiki-form, not a message board type setup found on other Q&A sites. I could go on and on – and yes, I’m partial to this site for many reasons, but I’m really writing this piece to both offer some helpful information and ask for your help. So first the helpful information…
